A recent head-on collision involving an ute and truck resulted in the deaths of the ute’s occupants.

The man and woman who lost their lives were traveling in the ute, pulling a trailer when their vehicle veered onto the wrong side of the road and into the path of a truck.

They were killed but the driver of the truck was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The cause of the vehicle veering into oncoming traffic has not yet been determined.
