Brisbane residents along Mt Warren Boulevard have had enough of large trucks shaking them up and cutting up the asphalt road as they carry concrete and quarry materials to building sites.

The trucks were forced to reroute in 2017 due to flooding which destroyed the Alan Wilke Bridge.

But the bridge has since been rebuilt, yet large trucks and trailers continue to use the road, resulting in irate residents.

The Mount Warren Boulevard route is not approved as a B-Double route but a Logan City Council office said trucks carrying the legal load are entitled to use the road.

The council representative said it would be compiling a report and conducting traffic counts.
