The Perth truck driver involved in the 2013 crash which claimed the life of a tow truck driver on the Roe Highway has been found guilty of dangerous driving.

The 58 year old driver was seen looking into his lap and veering in and out of the emergency lane several times before finally crashing into Astrid Hall, tow truck driver while she loaded a vehicle onto her truck.

Mr Lucas failed to appear in court in June last year and a warrant had to be issued for his arrest.
