A video has been doing the rounds on the internet of a truck driver from Victoria apparently doing drugs while behind the wheel of a truck and wearing his work shirt, belonging to a well known transport company. The man is seen smoking from a pipe and snorting 2 lines of a white substance. The video was originally posted on Facebook.
