A horrific crash has taken place in Brisbane’s northern outskirts, claiming the life of a truck driver and landing a toddler in hospital in a serious condition. The 1 year old boy was rushed to Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in a critical condition after the incident on Oakey Flat Road in Narangba. A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance said the boy had sustained head, shoulder, leg and foot injuries. A forensic crash unit was investigating and police appealed to witnesses to come forward with any information.
